If you are having thoughts of wanting to hurt yourself or someone else, or you would like to report abuse, neglect or domestic violence, please use the following resources.

You can also call 911 / 988 (or another alternative below) or go to a local emergency room for mental health support for thoughts of wanting to hurt yourself or someone else.

California Mental Health Line

The line is toll-free, and it will be staffed daily for most of the day.

The number is 1-855-845-7415. You can use it via telephone or instant messaging.

Mondays to Fridays: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Saturdays: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Sundays: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

PMRT: Psychiatric Mobile Response Team (Los Angeles County)

If there could be a need to go to hospital for thoughts of hurting yourself or someone else.

This team travels to you (your home, therapy office, school, etc) for a psychiatric evaluation.
