If you are having thoughts of wanting to hurt yourself or someone else, or you would like to report abuse, neglect or domestic violence, please use the following resources.

You can also call 911 / 988 (or another alternative below) or go to a local emergency room for mental health support for thoughts of wanting to hurt yourself or someone else.
